Duo

Origin

DUO is the result of a partnership between Poltrona Frau and Ceccotti Collezioni, with all but one of its pieces designed by Roberto Lazzeroni. The collection page explains the name: a duo is the union of two elements that produces a new entity rather than a simple sum of its parts, and the shared creative act of the two companies is meant to raise the excellence of each to a new significance.

Design Language

The collection draws on the Italian-style Dolce Vita and combines upholstered furniture with rounded shapes with wooden furniture for the living room. Poltrona Frau describes the pieces as romantic and timeless in charm, with a retro flair that speaks of memory and of innovation.
