Description
Overview
The DUO Console is a console table by Roberto Lazzeroni. Off-set uprights carry its shelves, and spacers raise each shelf clear of the structure.
Construction
- Frame: solid ash, wenge-stained or moka-stained
- Shelf panels: poplar plywood with an ash veneer matching the frame finish, bordered in solid ash
- Shelf borders: solid-ash frames set around each panel
- Trim: shaded-bronze painted metal on the spacers and the upright tops

Story
Off-set uprights, raised shelves
Two features define the DUO Console: uprights that are off-set from one another, and spacers that hold the shelves up from the structure. The DUO collection it belongs to is signed jointly by Poltrona Frau and Ceccotti Collezioni.
Ash, plywood and shaded bronze
Solid ash makes the frame and the border of every shelf, stained wenge or moka. Each border surrounds a poplar plywood panel with an ash veneer in that same finish. Metal parts, painted in a shaded bronze tone, are the spacers and the uprights' tops.
