About / Mission

INTEBEE AI PUBLIC LIBRARY is an independent, cross-brand furniture design research and discovery platform. We help designers, architects, researchers and the public discover furniture, designers and manufacturers through searchable information and original design commentary. We prioritize attribution and direct links to official manufacturer sources. INTEBEE is not affiliated with or endorsed by featured brands unless expressly stated.

The library does not sell furniture and does not carry advertising. It is part of the INTEBEE service, so it is not presented as a purely non-commercial use.

How images are presented

• Every image shows its source and links to the manufacturer's official product page (or, for brands, designers and collections, the official website).
• Images accompany INTEBEE's own commentary — the history, design story, form, structure, materials and manufacture of a piece — and are used to identify the product discussed. They are not offered as stand-alone galleries, downloads or stock.
• Images are shown only at the size needed to identify the product and support the commentary, and are served by INTEBEE rather than hotlinked from other sites.
• Pictures published under licences that require attribution (for example Creative Commons) carry the author and licence named by that licence.
• Prices, availability, finishes, dimensions and conditions of sale change: the manufacturer's official page is the primary and definitive source, and every product page links to it.

Copyright & attribution

INTEBEE respects the intellectual property rights of designers, manufacturers, photographers and other rights holders. Third-party photographs, product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Where copyrighted materials are reproduced, INTEBEE seeks to rely on applicable permissions, licences or statutory exceptions — such as quotation under Article 32 of the Japanese Copyright Act — where their requirements are satisfied. We identify original sources and link to official manufacturer pages wherever reasonably possible.

A source credit or a link does not by itself grant any right to reuse an image. If you wish to use a picture shown here, please contact its rights holder.

Trademarks and affiliation

Brand names, logos and product names are used only to identify the products, brands and designers discussed. Their use does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Corrections & rights holder requests

To correct or update Library content, or for general questions, write to library@intebee.com. For attribution issues, copyright concerns or other legal matters, contact legal@intebee.com with the relevant INTEBEE URL, the material concerned and details of your request.

We will review substantiated requests promptly and remove, correct or suspend content where appropriate. While a request is under review we may suspend the image concerned. We let the requester know the outcome and keep a record of each request.
