Story
A table with a shelf
Rietveld devised the Crate pieces around leftover wooden shipping crates. In the HAY and Rietveld Originals relaunch the side table keeps the series' balanced proportions.
Square top, extra shelf
A square tabletop and an extra storage shelf make up the piece. Plain and spatial, it echoes Rietveld's architectural thinking and aims at function without absorbing space.
