Story
Made for the EA 124
Vitra designates the EA 125 as the stool or ottoman for the EA 124, and the pair as the group's lounge-and-ottoman combination. The factbook credits the pair to Charles & Ray Eames, 1958.
Footrest
On the page the pair is presented as a comfortable recliner, and the factbook's lounge introduction calls the optional stool a handy footrest for the backward-tilting chair.
