Overview
Rombe IF5 is the add-on bay desk in Rombe, the system Industrial Facility designed in 2025. It attaches to the core bays of the product family, and its well-proportioned desk turns Rombe into a unit for work and study.
Construction
A die-cast aluminium top support and foot join an extruded aluminium upright bracket. The shelving is either sheet steel, cut by laser and bent, or oak-veneered boards, and the desk board takes an oak or walnut veneer. It stands on plastic gliders.

Story
An add-on bay for work and study
IF5 extends the Rombe system with a bay that carries a desk. It is designed to expand the potential of Rombe, attaching to the core bays in the family so that the system can serve for work and study.
Veneer, steel and aluminium
Industrial Facility drew the system in 2025. Wood-based boards in Rombe use FSC certified wood and are finished with water-based lacquer, while the structure relies on aluminium, a lightweight, durable and highly recyclable metal.
