Overview
Rombe IF1 is the full bay of shelves in the Rombe system by Industrial Facility, dated 2025. It is the starting bay to which the add-on bays IF4 (shelves), IF5 (desk) and IF6 (cabinet) are attached.
Construction
Die-cast aluminium top support and foot, an extruded aluminium upright bracket, and shelves of laser cut and bent sheet steel or of a wood-based board with oak or walnut veneer (the sheet's production text names oak only). Plastic gliders.
Specifications
H 223 × W 83 × D 36 cm (87 7/8 × 32 5/8 × 14 1/8 in). Weight 28 kg with veneer shelves, 30.3 kg with steel shelves. Indoor use. FSC Mix 70%. Tested to EN 16121 Level 2 (Storage) and BIFMA.

The first bay
IF1 is described on the sheet as a full bay of shelves, 83 cm wide and 223 cm high. Its shelves are either steel or oak veneer on a wood-based board, and its uprights are extruded aluminium.
