Overview
Torso is a side table by Roberto Sironi for Tacchini. Its subject is material and research, treated as a philosophy and as a way into varied forms that become functional, timeless sculptural furniture. It is a limited edition of 100 pieces.
Construction
Torso is made of polished chrome aluminium. Abstract primary elements combine with a mirrored surface that reflects and disperses light, and the table is a functional piece as well as a sculptural one.

Story
Created from a clay model
Torso follows Roberto Sironi's approach to design and celebrates materiality and the quest for sculptural forms. It was created from a clay model made by Sironi himself.
