Description

Overview

The Togo Large settee without arms is the three-seat settee of the Togo range that Ligne Roset credits to Michel Ducaroy.

Construction

  • Construction: entirely composed of 3 different densities of foam (polyether foam 21 kg/m³ - 3.2 kPa and 28 kg/m³ - 4.8 kPa; high resilience polyurethane foam 26 kg/m³ - 1.4 kPa)
  • Making-up: oversized covers, generously quilted with polyester; they can theoretically be removed by a professional, but Ligne Roset strongly recommends a 'dec/rec' (recovery) service at its factory to guarantee a perfect fit
  • Comfort: elasticity of the foams reinforced by buttoned threads, soft but supportive

Specifications

  • Dimensions: H 700 mm × W 1,740 mm × D 1,020 mm; seat height 380 mm; seats 3 places; weight 21 kg
  • Covering materials: plain or printed fabrics are acceptable; canvas and leather are recommended; 58 materials

Story

Foam and covers

The Ligne Roset product sheet describes the Large settee without arms as entirely composed of three densities of foam, with oversized covers generously quilted with polyester and the foams' elasticity reinforced by buttoned threads. It lists 3 places, 1,740 mm of width and 21 kg.

Quality note

The sheet's quality note says the polyether foams are of the highest quality and that polyester quilting is used generously.
