Story
A lower dining table
Knoll presents the lounge height table as a version of the pedestal dining table at 26 inches instead of the dining height. The design-plan page ties the lower height to less formal work and gatherings, with sofas, lounge chairs and benching nearby.
What the shop adds
The shop page lists casual meals, playing games and working on a laptop as uses at this height, and calls the table an original Eero Saarinen design.
