Standard and petite lounge seating

Knoll offers the Rockwell Unscripted Club Chair in a 33-inch-wide standard version and a 26-inch-wide petite version. Both are 27 inches deep and 29 inches high, with a 17.5-inch seat height. Wire bases or detachable solid legs are available for either size; the petite chair also has a return-to-centre swivel option.

Construction and upholstery

Engineered hardwood, plywood and rubber-webbing suspension form the chair's internal structure. Polyester fibre faces the urethane cushioning on both sides. Available details include split upholstery and serging around the seat edge.

A chair with several footprints

The standard chair provides the wider seat, while the petite version retains the same depth, height and seat height in a narrower footprint. Knoll describes curved contact points, stitching details and a soft seat as the chair's defining characteristics. David Rockwell is credited for the design, whose three base choices give the two widths distinct support options.
