Story
A matching set with the PK11
Fritz Hansen says the PK51™ was the first of the 1957 tables to be launched, together with the PK11™ chair as a matching set, and describes it as an iconic worktable handcrafted by Poul Kjærholm that year.
Followed by a smaller table
The PK55™ was launched later as a smaller version of the PK51™, with the same top and frame materials.
