Collection Story
Origin
Softwall is a sofa, armchair and bed range by Piero Lissoni for Living Divani. The Softwall sofa is dated 2006, and the Softwall Bed 2007.
Design Language
Softwall rethinks Wall: the sizes and volumes stay, the corners are rounded and the mood is softened. The sofa and armchair sit on a painted steel frame with goose-down padding and removable covers. The bed page describes a large clear surface with a soft perimeter that turns the sleeping space into an island.
