Tramonto a New York Screen

Overview

The Tramonto a New York Screen is a triptych room divider by Gaetano Pesce, inspired by the iconic sofa. The product sheet presents it as a true work of art in which Pesce recreates the New York skyline and the hues of its building facades, offered in a numbered edition.

Construction

The panels are cast polyurethane resin, coloured and semi-transparent, and the hinges, feet and plate are satin-finish brass. Pesce mixes a calculated quantity of pigments to create different intensities of light. A plaque carries the Cassina logo, the artist's signature, the year of the project and the sequential production number of each piece.

Light over the city at sunset
