Torii Dining

Overview

On minotti.com the Torii dining little armchair is credited to nendo. Its Technical Features list three versions: a fixed dining little armchair, one that swivels through a full turn, and a Dining Large fixed version.

Construction

• Seat: plywood, coated in high-resilience variable-density polyurethane foam
• Backrest: aluminium coated in flame-resistant polyurethane foam, covered in breathable hypoallergenic heat-bonded fibre
• Cushions: backrest and seat cushions in channelled goose down with a core insert in polyurethane foam
• Swivel base: cast aluminium with metal legs varnished Bronze, turning 360 degrees with a return
• Feet: 25 mm solid metal rods varnished Bronze, with a Black-Nickel brass tip and decorative element

Piping options for the dining versions

For the dining little armchairs the sheet offers piping in eco-leather or dry-cleanable eco-nubuck. It lists 15 eco-leather shades and 13 eco-nubuck shades; six names occur in both lists.

Fixed and swivel bases

The swivel dining version turns through 360 degrees with a return on a cast aluminium base. The fixed version uses 25 mm solid metal rods with a Black-Nickel brass tip and decorative element.
