Description

Overview

Piero Lissoni designed Ponte for Living Divani in 2026. The table starts from a simple yet radical idea: a small piece of architecture, with a thin top resting on vertical elements like the sides of a bridge.

Construction

Ponte is a series of rectangular and square tables. The top is a shaped MDF panel with internal reinforcement of 30x20 mm tubular steel embedded in the structure, and the frame is solid ash wood in a tobacco-dyed or charcoal-dyed finish. Legs of solid ash, Ø11 cm, share those finishes and are screwed to the top. The stone top is fixed and inset into the frame, in six marbles or Deep Blue quartzite, with a natural finish and protective coating, or polyester in a glossy or matt version. The table stands on adjustable plastic tips.

Specifications

Overall height: 73 cm in every size.

Story

A table as a small piece of architecture

Ponte begins from a simple yet radical idea. A thin top rests on vertical elements, like the sides of a bridge, and the result is an essential structure with a clearly metaphorical expression. Living Divani's Ponte is a 2026 table by Piero Lissoni.

Ash frame, stone top

The series covers rectangular and square tables with a solid ash frame in tobacco-dyed or charcoal-dyed finish. The top is inset into that frame in marble or Deep Blue quartzite.
