Description
Overview
Pastilles Armchair by Studiopepe reinterprets the classic cockpit chair through soft, enveloping geometry. Its backrest curves like a sinuous shell around the circular seat.
Construction
A wooden internal frame carries multi-density polyurethane foam and a fabric or leather cover. The base is laminate, offered in Gloss Aluminium, Matt Black or Matt Champagne Gold.
Specifications
Model 0PSTPL057 measures 57 x 55 x 73 cm (W x D x H). Tacchini offers 26 fabric ranges and seven leather ranges for upholstery.
Story
Childhood memory in rounded volumes
Tacchini and Studiopepe describe Pastilles as a gentle reimagining of the past. Playful curves and soft proportions recall childhood memories without copying a historic model.
One member of a small family
The armchair sits within a family that also includes ottomans and tables in two sizes. Across those pieces, rounded forms meet contrasting surfaces and provide a shared visual language.
