Description
Overview
The Passarella Vertical Cabinet is a freestanding storage unit designed by Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27. It extends the Passarella design upward in a measured balance of solids and voids and integrates a plurality of functions.
Construction
The body is MDF, 20 mm thick, assembled at 45°, with a veneer or lacquer in one of three finishes. A metal support frame varnished matt black strengthens it, and the unit rests on adjustable black rubber feet. The 20 mm large drawer fronts carry a Chrome or antique Bronze metal frame. The upper shelf combines a small drawer with a black saddle leather cutlery tray and a metal basin lined with marble, and the back panel of the upper open compartment carries a Bronzed mirror.
