Specifying Superquadra Dining Table for your design project?

INTEBEE is the FF&E specification platform for interior designers: spec sheets, finishes, floor plans and client-ready PDFs in one place.

Description

Overview

Superquadra by Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27 uses a minimal rectangular outline at substantial scale. Four tubular legs project beyond the top line to reduce its apparent weight.

Construction

A 60 mm mitre-folded MDF box receives wood veneer or a combined veneer-and-marble surface. Internal aluminium reinforcement and a laminated underpanel carry the span.

Specifications

  • Combined-top reference: 300 × 119 × 74 cm
  • Tubular legs: Ø50 mm
  • Optional coordinated cable holes

Story

A thick top made visually continuous

The folding method lets the surface pattern continue over the top and down its sides, giving Superquadra a monolithic edge.

Legs beyond the rectangle

Studio MK27 places the four cylindrical supports outside the top's visual line, a move Minotti says gives the large table an airier presence.
