Story
Canted back and cantilevered bounce
Knoll's shop page says the MR Adjustable Chaise Lounge invites relaxation with a canted back and a cantilevered bounce, and that its channel-tufted seat waterfalls down the tubular steel frame. The design-plan page dates the piece to 1927 and also prints "ca. 1927" beside the designer's name.

This one is built on a two-piece frame, and Knoll's shop page says the hook and knob system on the frame makes it easy to adjust seat height and angle.
