The ES 104 is the office swivel chair of the Eames Lobby Chair group. Vitra presents this model, with the leather cushions typical of the group, as a task chair for prestigious offices.

Construction
This model combines an adjustable backward tilt, seat height set continuously by a gas spring and a swivelling seat. Side frames of chrome-plated die-cast aluminium hold the cushions, which are made of 'V-Foam', a recyclable polyurethane, and covered in leather, and the armrests are upholstered in leather too. A five-star chrome-plated die-cast aluminium foot on castors carries it.
Specifications
690 mm wide, with maxima of 840 mm in depth and 950 mm in height. Leather comes in 16 colours, Leather Premium F in 22. Side frames and foot: 01 chrome.

Vitra describes the ES 104 as the model of the Lobby Chair group that suits a prestigious office as a task chair. It is the one with a swivel seat on castors and a gas spring for the height.
Leather in two grades
The ES 104 has leather-covered cushions, and its configurator offers 38 cover materials, in Leather and Leather Premium F, with a chrome frame and base.
