Overview
The Kyo Lounge Armchair is a sumptuous shell chair from Pearson Lloyd, a London design studio, for Walter Knoll. Soft padding, fine seam patterns and a smoothly rounded star base attest to master craftsmanship.
Construction
Seat and back are polyurethane moulded foam with a wadding cover in a moulded foam bucket seat. The chair is loosely upholstered, wrinkling is a design feature, and it stands on a four-star aluminium swivel base.

Story
