Overview
Greene is an armchair designed by David Lopez Quincoces in 2019 for Living Divani. Gentle curves give it a relaxed and casual character: a structured yet soft perimeter welcomes ample cushions and stands on slender feet.
Construction
The supporting structure is lacquered tubular steel of 60x30 mm section, with polyurethane foam padding over a suspension of crosswise coated-rubber straps. The backrest and armrest structure is tubular steel embedded in cold-expanded polyurethane foam. Seat, armrest and backrest cushions are filled with pre-washed and sterilised goose down held in stitched chambers around a preformed polyurethane foam insert. The Ø22 mm steel rod feet are screwed to the backrest structure with a bushing and are coated with epoxy polyester powder in Gunmetal Grey and end in adjustable plastic tips. Upholstery is fabric or leather, and only the fabric version has covers that come off, fastened by zippers and Velcro.

Curves and cushions
Greene is defined by soft curves. A perimeter that is structured yet soft takes the ample cushions, and the armchair stands on slender feet that restate the attention to every small detail.
Seat and armrest cushions
A full-length seat cushion is joined to the leaned armrest cushion with a zipper. Goose down fills the cushions, with a preformed polyurethane foam insert in each.
