Description
Overview
Gentry Extra Light appears under Sofas, credited to Patricia Urquiola. It is a relaunch inspired by an upward stretch, revisited in a gracious and careful manner, directed at lightness with the utmost respect for balance and proportion. It takes the feminine high heel play as its focus.
Construction
The body is polyurethane foam with polyester fibre, built around an internal steel frame, and the sofa stands on tubular steel feet in a stainless or powder-coat finish. The covers are removable. The lightening runs from the structure to the Braid lining, which is scaled down in the saddle stitch (Baby braid).

Story
An upward stretch
Gentry Extra Light is a relaunch inspired by an upward stretch, revisited in a gracious and careful manner. It evolves from the reassuring solidity of the first Gentry and focuses on the feminine high heel play: while springing up, it winks and seduces, never denying its strong personality.
Poise and a lighter hand
The change in height does not disrupt the poise but alludes more honestly to the freedom of choice between discipline and lenience, between conventional use and spontaneity. The overall lightening reaches from the structure to the Braid lining, purposefully scaled down in the saddle stitch known as Baby braid.
