Description
Overview
Fixie is a stool by PearsonLloyd that combines aesthetics and functionality to become a practical and highly recognisable piece of furniture. It is height-adjustable and rotates 360°, with a broad colour palette.
Construction
Inside, a wooden frame carries multi-density polyurethane foam padding, while the outer structure is color-coated steel. The stool is covered in fabric or leather, and the steel comes in 3 base finishes.
Specifications
Fixie measures Ø 37 cm and has a height from 68 to 80 cm, adjustable (0FXESG01).
Story
A tubular structure as the focal point
The tubular structure of Fixie becomes the focal point of the space, almost like a three-dimensional graphic motif or a piece of furniture sculpture. Its striking colour palette draws attention to a piece of furniture that is often underestimated.
Colour and function
The aesthetic effect can be further emphasised by a striking colour palette. Its pronounced personality is reflected in its functionality: the stool is height-adjustable and rotates 360°.
