Description
Overview
Eddy is an armchair by PearsonLloyd with a compact volume and modest dimensions. Its strongly expressive lines form a rounded shape interrupted only by a distinctive cut between the backrest and seat, which serves as a focal point and as a functional grip for moving the chair.
Construction
A metal insert forms the internal structure, covered with one-component polyurethane foam padding. The base is plastic glides or a swivel base, and a cover of fabric or leather completes the armchair.
Specifications
61 x 62 x 78 cm (W x D x H).
Story
An uninterrupted rounded form
PearsonLloyd, the British studio behind Eddy, gives the armchair strongly expressive lines. The rounded form is broken only by the cut between backrest and seat, a focal point in an otherwise uninterrupted shape that also works as a handle for moving the chair.
Contrast or tone on tone
Eddy has a broad colour palette, which allows contrasting profiles or tone-on-tone combinations. The versatile, highly appealing armchair is conceived with a compact volume and modest dimensions.
