Story

Pentagons and rectangles

According to the page, the large pentagonal bases can stand alone as monoliths or extend a composition as peninsulas, in the middle of a room or in a corner.

Petals and bayonet couplings

The high, enveloping backrests are described as a hymn to the organic forms of the botanical world, and the armrests resemble petals thanks to a front movement that lets them be lowered and adjusted. Backrests and armrests attach to the base structure by a bayonet coupling system.
