Brasilia Nightstand

Overview

The Brasilia "Nightstand" by Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27 echoes the style and materials of the Brasilia Bed. It is offered in a single size of 70 x 48 x 37 cm, has a front drawer, and has two versions: palisander Santos stained Dark Brown or open-pore oak stained Honey.

Construction

The structure is MDF, faced with palisander Santos veneer (Dark Brown stain, matt polyester lacquer) or with open-pore oak veneer (Honey stain). The drawer glides on full-extension guides with Blumotion closure, its interior is finished like the structure, and the handle is aluminium varnished and polished in Brandy. Under the body, drawn-aluminium blades in a polished anti-fingerprint Black Coffee varnish form the base, finished with oil-free, non-staining polyethylene glides.

A nightstand that echoes the Brasilia Bed

Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27 conceived the nightstand to echo the style and materials of the Brasilia Bed, in a single size with one drawer at the front.

Two veneers, one metal base

The finish is palisander Santos in a Dark Brown stain or open-pore oak in a Honey stain. In both, the drawer interior matches the structure, the handle is Brandy aluminium and the base blades are Black Coffee aluminium.
