Betty TK11

Overview

Betty TK11 is dated 2024 and carries a padded seat: HR foam under upholstery, on a frame of solid oak and veneer. It is the leather-and-fabric armchair of the Betty range by Thau & Kallio.

Construction

A frame of solid oak and form-pressed veneer, lacquered or oiled, carries the HR foam seat under its upholstery. Plastic gliders are fitted.

Specifications

H 78 × W 61 × D 48 cm (30 × 20 × 19 in) on the fact sheet. Seat 47 cm high, 42 cm deep; armrests 67 cm. Weight 6.6 kg. Stacks eight high.

The upholstered armchair

Of the three armchairs in the February 2024 press release, TK11 is the one finished with leather: the release lists Black lacquered ash or Smoked oiled oak with Noble Aniline leather black, and Lacquered oak with Noble Aniline leather cognac. The page adds that it is available in a variety of fabrics and leathers.

The product page's specification lists W 51 cm, seat height 48 cm and 5.6 kg. The fact sheet and the press release give W 61 cm, seat height 47 cm and an armrest height of 67 cm, and the sheet gives 6.6 kg.
