Balestro 24 Outdoor

Overview

Balestro 24 Outdoor is the open-air sofa of Piero Lissoni for Living Divani. Every detail is conceived to join comfort and durability, so that the sofa harmonizes with natural surroundings even outdoors. The sofa has fixed dimensions and comes as a woven model and an upholstered model.

Construction

An 8 mm thick HPL seat panel sits on a supporting frame in 30x30 mm tubular AISI 304 stainless steel. On the woven model, arms and back are Ø20 mm AISI 304 stainless steel tubes with a full weave of synthetic rope or PVC. The seat panel is lacquered with scratch-resistant matt paint. Seat cushions are differentiated density open-cell polyurethane foam wrapped in a draining fabric cover; the 50x50 cm support cushions combine outdoor fiber with an open-cell polyurethane foam insert. The Ø22 mm feet are AISI 304 stainless steel ending in black plastic tips that adjust to the floor, and every metal part has an outdoor epoxy polyester powder coating in burnished color.

Stainless steel, rope and draining covers

Its structure is AISI 304 stainless steel, with synthetic rope or PVC woven across the arms and back on the woven model. Cushion covers drain water, and every cover can be taken off: Velcro holds the backrest and armrest covers, and the covers of seat and support cushions fasten with zippers.
