The elevated entry in Herman Miller's Aeron ESD lineup brings Stumpf and Chadwick's seating platform to work above normal desk height. It complies with multiple international ESD standards.
Stool equipment
A height-adjustable foot support is the defining addition. The specification also provides zoned suspension, a sacral support system, balanced tilt, and special soft-tread casters.
Representative specifications
Height-adjustable-arm model: maximum overall size is 27.5 × 27.5 × 53.9 in. The seat is 17 in deep and adjusts from 22.6 to 34.8 in high.
Story
Elevated ESD seating
Herman Miller developed this compliant stool for tasks performed above ordinary desk height. It joins two chair sizes in the manufacturer's Aeron ESD lineup and uses a dedicated stool cylinder.
Support across working height
The adjustable circular foot support accommodates users at different seat settings. Suspension, back-support, and tilt options allow the elevated model to be configured for the same specialised environments as the chairs.
