Collection Story
Origin
Kartell presents Savoia as the first chair that Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby designed for the brand and as the London studio's debut for Kartell. The data sheets are headed 2026 and flag the chair as new.
Design Language
The Kartell text says Savoia expresses lightness, precision and formal rigour. An extremely slender die-cast aluminium frame continues into the armrests, with gloss finishes and chrome, and the seat and back come in coloured recycled technopolymer, curved wood or leather. The chair is offered with or without armrests, for indoor and outdoor use and for residential and contract applications.
