Description
Overview
Savoia is credited to Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby, and Kartell makes it. This Savoia Chair has the recycled technopolymer seat. The Savoia data sheet, headed 2026, carries a NEW flag, and the page product is code 02805RU in Rust.
Construction
The sheet lists a painted or polished die-cast aluminium frame with a seat and back of recycled technopolymer with mineral filler; Kartell's leaflet words the same seat as glass-fibre reinforced and painted.

Story
Technopolymer on the Savoia frame
On the data sheet the technopolymer seat has its own page, with codes 2805, 2806 and 2807. Codes 2805 and 2806 have a painted frame and code 2807 a polished one, and all three carry a seat and back in recycled technopolymer with mineral filler. Matching seat and frame come in Anthracite, Blue, Sage and Rust, and the polished-frame code is shown in Anthracite.

Two documents, two fillers
Kartell's maintenance leaflet describes the recycled technopolymer seat as glass-fibre reinforced and painted, while the data sheet says mineral filler. Both are Kartell documents, and the leaflet adds that the product is non-stackable.
