Collection Story
The Montera family
Roberto Lazzeroni designed Montera as a coordinated group of chairs and stools for Poltrona Frau. The shared technical sheet covers the chair, small armchair, stools with 66 and 74 cm seat heights, and a height-adjustable column stool. It also names Montera Mas and the Mas stool as members of the same collection.
Upholstery language
The family combines a moulded shell with leather treatments that distinguish the outer and inner surfaces. Saddle Extra may cover the outside while ColorSphere® or Nest leather covers the inner seating surface; full-leather and two-tone alternatives are also documented. Clean-cut edges and visible stitching form the rear motif and conceal the closing zip.
Bases across the collection
Solid-ash and steel legs recur on chairs and fixed-height stools. The column stool adds rotation and gas-spring height adjustment. Montera Mas retains the family profile with increased padding and introduces removable leather or fabric covers.
