Collection Story
Origin
Drop Leaf is a pair of folding-side tables credited to Hvidt & Mølgaard. The &Tradition pages date both HM5 and HM6 to 1956, and the HM6 manual says the table was designed that year.
Design Language
A fixed centre carries hinged sections that fold down at each side, and the tables are made of milled solid wood with brass hinges and fittings in walnut or oak. The HM5 page adds that the series has curved wooden frames.
