Collection Story
Origin
Audrey is a chair family by Piero Lissoni for Kartell. Kartell's data sheet for Audrey is dated 2012, and its Kartell Museum marked the tenth anniversary of the Audrey armchair in 2022 within the exhibition "A Celebration" at Salone del Mobile.
Design Language
Kartell's page describes Audrey as a versatile, contemporary chair whose simple, clean lines come from a special die-casting process. It says the chair is made of only two parts and without welding, and is multifunctional and adaptable to indoor and outdoor use, the home, the office and contract settings.
Key Pieces
- Audrey, with a polypropylene seat and back, as a chair and as an armchair
- Audrey Soft, the fabric version, with a stacking support accessory
