Story

Forty years of In Motion

The armchair celebrates forty years of manufacturing culture, research and innovation in Poltrona Frau In Motion. The armchair at its core is the historic Vanity Fair designed by Renzo Frau in 1930, which this edition reinterprets through the vision of Ivo Pannaggi.

A hand as a symbol of dynamism

Pannaggi's illustration was chosen for its ability to express movement as the intrinsic energy of the creative gesture. Through a system of essential lines of force the hand becomes a symbol of dynamism, design thinking and creative tension, in line with the In Motion values and with the historic claim Intelligence in Our Hands.
