Story
Tilt and swivel
The page and the sheet agree on the mechanics: the chair rotates through 360 degrees, its seat height is adjustable, and the Syncron mechanism lets the backrest follow the body through five positions, from upright sitting to a chaise-longue position. The sheet says the mechanism is activated by pressing the back against the backrest while pulling the left-hand lever below the seat, and that a knob at the centre of the underside sets the oscillation resistance.
Leather on the mechanism housing
The page adds that the Pelle Frau® upholstery can also cover the housing of the Syncron mechanism where one is fitted; the sheet also lists a black plastic version of the under-seat casing.
