Description

Overview

The Trust Cabinet is a low storage unit with a Techno-Wood top and a leather or saddle-leather covering. It was designed by Lievore, Altherr and Park for the Trust executive office system.

Construction

  • Supporting structure: medium-density fibreboard (MDF)
  • Top: Techno-Wood oak, in a natural or a medium tone
  • Covering: Pelle Frau® leather or Saddle Executive saddle-leather on the exterior; the interior surface is black lacquered
  • Doors: open to 155°, close with a soft-closing action and carry a lock and key; the closing force can be adjusted or removed with a slider on each hinge
  • Cable management: a compartment at the back, reached through a flip-down door, lets cables rise to a slot along the rear edge of the top
  • Feet: plastic tips adjustable from the inside

Specifications

203 x 50 x 63 cm (W x D x H)

Story

Doors with a key and a cable route

Every door of the Trust Cabinet closes softly, and each hinge has a slider that adjusts the closing force or removes it. The doors lock with a key, and the same key opens the compartment at the back of the unit.

Cables from the floor and from the compartments

The back compartment, behind a flip-down door, connects to every compartment of the cabinet. Cables that rise from the floor or from the compartments reach the top and leave through the slot that runs along its rear edge.
