Story

A frame for collected things

The studio chose the name Trace to reflect the idea of collecting small, sentimental pieces from our lives and the traces they leave behind. In the press release, Signe Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou say they wanted a cabinet that acts as a frame for the items placed in it rather than drawing attention to itself.

One door or two

&Tradition offers Trace with a single door, as SC87 here, or with double doors as SC88, which the press release says can be used alone or in multiples to build a wall of storage and display.
