Story
Two cubes, one table
Nendo designed Thin Black Table in 2011 as a low geometric structure. The L-shaped intersection of two off-axis cubes creates a game of joints and transparencies.
Delicate and striking
The metal frame carries an ultralight glass top, and the structure has a matte metal finish. Its interlocking transparency is reminiscent of an Escher labyrinth. The table is a decidedly eye-catching piece.
