Description
Tavolo 09
Tavolo 09 dates from 2019 and carries Piero Lissoni's design credit. Its family combines steel rod with aluminium, using exceptionally thin forms to challenge the usual visual weight of a table.
Limited collection
The piece joins art and design in the anniversary series, where tangled supports replace a conventional, purely functional base.
Story
The idea of double weight
For Tavolo 09, a simplified silhouette and fine metal supports create tension between apparent lightness and the physical object. This approach reflects the collection's creative play around double weight.
A table within the edition
The model was introduced in 2019 under Piero Lissoni's name. Number 09 remains attached to the Italian table designation in a limited series celebrating two milestones for Living Divani and its art director.
