Description
Sedia 07
The 2019 chair Sedia 07 carries Piero Lissoni's design credit. Its branch of The Uncollected Collection is defined by ethereal, simplified silhouettes formed in steel rod and aluminium.
Limited series
This edition commemorates fifty years of Living Divani together with three decades of Lissoni's art direction, using the contrast of apparent and physical weight to connect art with design.
Story
Chair as a light metal drawing
Thin, tangled elements become the legs of Sedia 07, giving the chair an ethereal outline rather than a conventionally solid form. Steel rod and aluminium define this branch of the edition.
Anniversary object
Piero Lissoni created the chair in 2019 for the limited series marking Living Divani's fiftieth year and his thirtieth year as its art director. The numeral remains part of the chair's name.
