Stackable chair
Talia is Zanotta model 2080, a stackable chair designed by Roberto Barbieri in 2007. Its aluminium-alloy frame is offered polished or painted, while polyurethane padding forms the upholstered seat and back.
Covers and handling
Zanotta lists three primary covering treatments: fabric and leather that can be removed, plus a fixed cowhide covering. It also offers short and long loose cotton covers and a trolley intended to carry a stack of up to fifteen chairs.
Official drawing
The drawing prints 46.5, 54 and 84 cm as its principal values; the axes are not labelled on the sheet.
Story
Roberto Barbieri's 2007 chair
Zanotta identifies Talia as Roberto Barbieri's 2007 design and describes it as both stackable and versatile. Its specification combines a light metal structure with an upholstered seat and back rather than an exposed shell.
A chair designed for stacking
Stacking is part of the product's published specification, not merely a photographed arrangement. Zanotta supports this function with an optional trolley rated for a maximum stack of fifteen chairs and with loose covers that can extend over the legs.
