Story
From Coco Chair to Saddle Chair
Walter Knoll's press release says EOOS first designed this chair as the Coco Chair for the Italian manufacturer Matteo Grassi. Walter Knoll reissues the saddle leather chair with improved seating comfort and new dimensions and proportions.
Craft in the leather
The page puts the emphasis on tailoring, edge polishing and colouring, and seams. It describes a continuous leather robe over the frame and taut belts in the seat, which the press text names as the reason for the outstanding seating pleasure.
