Four tubular steel legs, chrome-plated, carry a seat and backrest of glass-fibre reinforced polypropylene and armrests with a soft-grip cover. The chairs stack without tools and are joined in rows by a row-linking mechanism that Thonet patented.

Story
For halls, museums and cafeterias

The Thonet linking patent
The frames are connected without extra parts. A seat width of 58 cm needs a row spacing of only 53 cm, so more chairs fit on a surface and set-up and take-down are quicker.
