Overview
Quilton 3 Seater is the three-seat sofa of HAY's Quilton system, designed by Doshi Levien, the London studio of Nipa Doshi and Jonathan Levien. In HAY's launch interview Nipa Doshi says of this size: "the three-seater sofa with armrests on both sides is a strong stand-alone piece".

Story
A stand-alone three-seater
In the interview that HAY published for the launch, Nipa Doshi explains that Quilton started as a modular collection but that the three-seater with armrests on both sides works on its own.
Preview and launch
HAY first showed the sofa in a preview that said Quilton Sofa would launch in August 2021. HAY's Phaidon-book page shows the sofa with the caption "Quilton Sofa, 2021".
