Overview
The Newood Relax Lido is a two-seater outdoor sofa by Brogliato Traverso. With it, Cappellini says, the collection designed by the studio gains a new icon of outdoor relaxation, and the shapes are soft and enveloping.
Construction
The frame is raw solid iroko and the seat base is iroko veneered okume plywood. A removable seat cushion combines multi-density polyurethane foam with polyester wadding and a waterproof lining, under a cover in outdoor fabric that comes off. Velcro-type ribbons fix the cushion, and black plastic feet are listed for the base.

Newood Relax Lido widens the Brogliato Traverso collection with a two-seater sofa. Cappellini says it enhances the natural beauty of wood and the value of artisanal craftsmanship, and that its shapes invite conviviality.
Cushion and Cover
The seat cushion is removable. Its filling combines foam of several densities with polyester wadding, an inner waterproof lining sits under the cover, and the cover itself comes off.
