Story
Updated for the outdoors
Herman Miller dates the Nelson pedestal table to 1954 and says this outdoor version has been updated with hardy materials. For outdoor use the company chose stone finishes it describes as durable and a natural complement to the existing design.
Stones named for their states
The stones come from North American quarries and are named after their home states: the Georgia and Wisconsin marbles and the Quebec granite. The company notes that tables of different heights nest comfortably.
