Overview
The Mush tables by Giulio Cappellini are a series of low tables in two heights. Cappellini describes them as a play of contrasts and volumes between a robust cylindrical base and a slender circular top.
Construction
The base is a cylindrical metal base in matt black or polished chrome, and the feet are felt. The round top comes in solid oak, a handmade marble mixture or white Carrara marble. Oak and marble-mixture tops pair with the matt black base; the Carrara top pairs with the chromed base.

Story
Contrast Between Base and Top
Mush is built around a deliberate contrast of volumes. A robust cylindrical base carries a slender circular top, and the series is offered in two heights.
Three Kinds of Top
The tops change the character of the table. Thermo-treated solid oak is offered in Cognac and Carbon, a handcrafted marble blend is offered in two colourways with metal or marble fragments, and white Carrara marble is the third option. Each pairing with the base is fixed, so the black base carries wood or marble blend and the chromed base carries Carrara.
